Loss is something we all have experienced or will experience in our lives. Losing someone or something you love can be very difficult and painful.
Common symptoms of grief are emotions such as immense sadness, feelings of emptiness, pain or anger, guilt, fear. You might also experience physical complaints such as fatigue, insomnia, concentration problems, no appetite.
